Black bean and corn wonton bowls

A pretty and tasty appetizer.

What you’ll need:

1 pkg wonton wraps
2/3 c salsa
¼ c cilantro
½ tsp ground cumin
½ chili powder
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ sour cream
Cilantro springs (if desired)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Gently fit 1 wonton skin into each slot of a muffin pan, pressing against bottom and sides. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Mix remaining ingredients except sour cream and cilantro sprigs. Just before serving, spoon bean mixture into wonton cups. Top each with ½ tsp sour cream. Garnish with cilantro sprigs if desired. Makes about 36 cups.
