Creamy chicken 'n' noodles

This recipe takes only about 15 minutes to prepare.

What you’ll need:

1-2 chicken breasts (either the frozen kind that comes in a sack or the kind that comes in a pkg of 3-4 with or without ribs) or any kind of leftover chicken
2 Tbs margarine
2 Tbs sour cream
wide egg noodles
Seasoning to taste

Put the egg noodles on to boil. Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces. Melt margarine in skillet on medium heat. If chicken is raw, put it in skillet and cook it until it is done. If it is leftovers, cook it until it is warmed all the way through. While still on the heat, add the sour cream and stir until it becomes a sauce - add a small amount more margarine if necessary. It will turn into a sauce very quickly, so as soon as it does, remove from heat so that it doesn't burn. Add seasoning. I usually add a dash of garlic salt, pepper, sugar, dill, and celery salt. Stir seasonings into the mixture well, then cover mixture and leave off of heat until noodles are done. Drain noodles and either dish up onto individual plates or into one large bowl or platter. Then, either top individual servings or platter with chicken mixture or stir it into the one large bowl and then serve it up! Enjoy! Will easily feed two people. Increasing the ingredients will increase the output.

Variation: If you wish, you may substitute beef (even ground beef!) or pork for the chicken - both are yummy! Those who want may add onions and/or garlic cloves - just chop up as much as you want and cook them when you are cooking the chicken. You may also add peas or carrots (frozen or canned) - also cook them with the chicken.
