Easy baked chili rellenos

I have made this, it is a fast and easy way..

What you’ll need:

4 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 (4oz) cans diced green chilies
1 (4oz) can whole green chilies
¼ tsp salt
2-3 drops of Tobasco sauce
Cilantro to taste

Beat together eggs and sour cream. Stir in cheeses, diced chilies, salt and Tobasco. Spread mixture in a buttered 8x8 inch pan. Open whole chilies and arrange on the surface of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean. Garnish with sliced tomato and sprigs of cilantro! Enjoy!!!!!

shredded cheese - Monterey jack - $1.69
shredded cheese - cheddar - $1.50
chilies - $1.19/can
Total - $8.02
