Easy three bean salad

A nice picnic or potluck dinner cold dish.

What you’ll need:

1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can green beans, drained and rinsed
4 green onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced

For dressing:

½ c apple cider vinegar
¼ c vegetable oil
1 Tbl honey
½ tsp ground dry mustard
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined. In a separate bowl, gently combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Gently toss before serving. Makes 8 servings.

vinegar - $1.19
honey - $1.12
mustard - $0.79
