Ginger plum pork chops

15 minutes and a great taste!

What you’ll need:

1 tsp vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 (8 oz) jar plum preserves
2 tsp ground ginger
3 Tbl apple cider vinegar

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown the pork chops on one side then turn over and brown the other side, about 5 minutes on each side. Mix together the preserves, ginger and vinegar and add to skillet. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serves 4.

jam/jelly - $1.49/jar
vinegar - $1.19
Total - $5.19
