Honey pecan pie

This is very easy to make. It takes a little while to cook but it’s worth it!

What you’ll need:

3 eggs
1 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tablespoon melted/cooled butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans
Uncooked pastry pie shell

Whip eggs then add remainder ingredients and pour in uncooked pastry shell. Bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then an additional 25 minutes @ 300 degrees.

Cost:
eggs - $1.09/ dozen
honey - $1.12
vanilla - $2.25
pecans - $3.00
pie shell - $2.00
Total - $6.64
