Iced cappuccino

This is a super simple recipe that tastes like a gourmet drink.

What you’ll need:

¼ c hot water
2 Tbl instant coffee
2 c milk
½ c instant dry milk (optional)
½ tsp vanilla
4 ice cubes
¼ c + ½ tsp brown sugar
1 oz semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Combine hot water and coffee in a blender. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add milk, dry milk, vanilla, ¼ c brown sugar and ice cubes and blend until completely combined and frothy. Pour into serving cups. Mix together grated chocolate and ¼ tsp brown sugar. Sprinkle on top of each drink. Makes 4 cups.

dry powdered milk - $1.99
vanilla - $2.25
brown sugar - $1.89/ 2 pound bag
chocolate - $2.50
Total - $2.87/$0.72 per cup
