Sausage-cheese balls

Great for parties!

What you’ll need:

3 c biscuit mix
1 lb pork sausage
4 c (16 oz) shredder cheddar cheese
½ c grated parmesan cheese
½ c milk
½ tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
½ tsp parsley flakes
Barbecue sauce, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan. Mix together all ingredients except the barbecue sauce. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until brown and cooked through. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with barbecue sauce for dipping. Makes about 100 cheese balls.
