Simple stir fry

This is very filling and a good “I’m watching my weight” food.

What you’ll need:

½ lb raw peeled, deveined 30/40 shrimp (30/40 just means there are 30 to 40 shrimp in a pound)
¾ c instant brown rice
1/8 c soy sauce

In a wok or skillet combine shrimp and soy sauce. Cook about 2 minutes or until shrimp are just starting to turn pink. Stir in rice and let cook another 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Add water as necessary.

Cost:
1/2 lb 30/40 shrimp - $2.50
rice $2.12
soy sauce $1.89
Total - $4.81
