Sweet and sour mustard

Great as a dip and on sandwiches. Gives a normal turkey sandwich zip!

What you’ll need:

1 c brown sugar
1 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c ground mustard
2 Tbl water
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and whisk together. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 ½ cups of sauce.

brown sugar - $1.89/ 2 pound bag
vinegar - $1.19
mustard - $0.79
eggs - $1.09/ dozen
Total - $1.27/cup
